Several Issues Listed - C&P from Steam Support

Since the Activision support methood is a complete mess, and Steam Support was unable to help (so forwarded me to here...),
I'm seeking help here...

I'll list my issues:
1: Hit detection is a failure. Most of the times I'm shooting people, seeing bullets hitting them, but no hitmarker.
2: Even happens that I got hirmarkers, but enemies don't get the damage...
3: Claymores turn invisible
4: There are very mutch texture hacking guy, meanwhile I'm not even able to make custom camouflages or acceptable optics.
5: ACOG makes weapons much more inaccurate, while intended to help on it...
6: No updates...

 

Tried some thing to fix it, not seems to work.
I don't want to play on low graphics, I've paid for a High End PC...
(And I suggest HD textures for this game tho)

 


This is not the fun what Activision guaranteed me...

7: I'm burnign INSIDE covered houses
8: it spawns me in front of the enemy, it spawns the two side in same place...

On Validating Steam Files at Black Ops 1 properties, it says
"1 files failed to vaildate and will be reacquired." all the time.

Hello Bence,

 

Please try the following:

 

Exit Steam entirely.

 

Browse to your Steam installation (Usually C:\Program Files\Steam\)

 

Rename the "steamapps" folder to "old_steamapps"

 

Re-launch Steam and re-install the game.

 

Once the installation is complete, test the issue.

 

If this resolves the issue, you may copy the new files into the "old_steamapps" folder and rename it to "steamapps" to restore your other games without re-downloading.

 

If the issue is not resolved, you can rename the folder back to avoid having to re-install other games.

 

Also, please follow the instructions linked below to provide a diagnostic report for your system.

MSINFO32.nfo Attached.

 

The reinstalling didn't solve the problem.
The game can run, but the hit detection issues even below 50 ms ping still exists.

Hello Bence,

Please disable the following programs from your PC and re-test the issue:

ESET Smart Security
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware

If the issue persists, please reply with a new MSinfo that reflects the changes

I did disable them during the game, even if you asked me to open my PC free target to any hacker.
Not working of corse...

MSinfo is the same, uloaded on prev. post of mine.

As far as I see, the problem existing mostly by sniper rifles and AK47 with ACOG.
Anyway, people with good pings can kill me by shooting near me. Pings are under 50ms.

Been searching for solutions by all weekend...
Here is what I've found so far:
1: LOTS of videos about his issue on youtube
2: LOTS of complaintations on forums, no answers from moderators or GMs, just LOTS of bans
3: And cfg tweaks that I shouldn't really use when VAC can ban me without even using a cheat.

Still very waiting for the help!!

Hello Bence,

Please try completely removing Steam and re-installing. You may want to print out these instructions for quick reference.

1. Write down your Steam Account name and password - you will need them to log back into Steam once you have reinstalled
2. Logout of Steam
3. Exit Steam
4. If you currently have any Steam games installed that you would like to keep, please copy the Steamapps folder from C:\\Program Files\\Steam to your desktop or another directory.
5. Delete the Steam folder in the default location C:\\Program Files\\Steam
6. Hit windows key + r ( run at the start menu ) and type regedit
7. Delete HKEY_CURRENT_USER\\Software\\Valve and HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Valve (or HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\\SOFTWARE\\Wow6432Node\\Valve on 64-bit Windows)
8. Download and install the Windows Installer CleanUp Utility from the following
9. Run Windows Install Clean Up from the Start menu.
10. Select Steam from the list. The list is only partially in alphabetical order, so be sure to check carefully.
11. Select Remove.
12. Select OK.
13. Reboot your computer.
14. Download and install a fresh copy of the Steam installer from URL
15. Run the installer and re-test the Steam client.

Done. Not helped. Quit closing my ticket please...
It is clearly a problem with the game itself. Lagg Compensation maybe.
However, I'm not the one who has this issue.

It forwards me to COD Elite, but can't log in.
I have a registration, and system think my PW is incorrect.
Reseting password mail won't appear. It isn't in the spam folder neither.

Please log in to your original Steam Account: irroyalpredator

To ensure you can access your account right away, I have reset your account password and sent the new login information in a separate e-mail.

If you do not receive the e-mail and you are running a Spam filter, check and make sure the e-mail is not being filtered as spam.

Uhmm... I can't log into COD ELITE, so you reseted my Steam password? I don't get the logical connection, but ok... Thank you??
So I have to conntact with Activision Support, right? Can you give me a direct link that won't be forwarded if when I click on it?
