I have seen this problem posted quite a few times but I have not found the solution to it.
My online rank keeps resetting for no reason, It keeps telling the data was corrupted or something and it resets my rank to whatever was previously saved, the problem is that it's resetting every single time. If I log out for any reason and log back in my rank goes back to 1 and it doesn't save progress at all. It's seriously annoying not to be able to even customize your classes or to unlock attachments at all. I hadn't even hit the first prestige but this is keeping me from gaining more levels.
I have seen this is happening to a lot of people out there, does anyone know what to do to solve this issue?
Is there anything I can do or must I wait for someone to read my post and do something from Activision's end?
