COD Multiplayer keeps crashing

I was useing radeon x1300 series graphics card then I updated to geforce 9600 gt card and the problem I had befour is still present today. when I connect to a server witha nice low ping rate and a few player I start playing and with in a few seconds to a few mins the game encounters a problem here is the only info given at the crash
Cod has encountered an error and needs to close windows will notify you if a solution is found.
and guess what Windows NEVER finds a solution and I am willing to bet that windows never looks for a solution.
