Just thought I would create a new thread to ask about your experience of the support from callofduty.com? The email address given on the main Activision site is support@callofduty.com. Well just to warn you that it may take some time, if they can be bothered, to get a response back. It has almost been two months since I first contacted them but, despite numerous emails since, I have received absolutely nothing whatsoever.
I thought that maybe this should serve as warning to you all to not expect a response to any support queries.
Activision support suggested 24-72 hour response and said that I would just have to wait for a reply. Er, not helpful in the slightest because the support I wanted was about my account and they couldn't access the account details themselves.
Checked my spam folder just in case but nothing in there.
The support team, if it actually exists, seem to be apathetic and about as useful as a chocolate teapot. Unfortunately I believe there is no data protection legislation over in the US like there is in the UK (unless anyone else knows any different). The original issue was relating to my account that I have no access to.
