Hey guys! I have been playing Black Ops II for a while now and I hit a little over Prestige 3 recently. Despite having unlocked 3 extra Create a Class slots, I logged in this morning only to receive a notice, telling me that my stats were reset. My stats were unchanged but my 8 CaC slots reverted to the default 5, and my Prestige Mode (under the Barracks section) had 3 Permanent Unlocks (LUCKY ME!!!) BUT only 1 Prestige Award. I now have only 6 CaC slots.
My unlock tokens were also reset. So despite being Level 12 now at Prestige 3, I don't have any tokens to get any weapons, perks or streaks. It means that when I hit level 55 again, I will be short of quite a number of unlock tokens.
Furthermore, under Barracks, my callcards are in a mess. I have missing cards such as Suppressor Kills, Quickdraw Kills and Stock Kills etc. In addtion, I have gain cards such as Reflex Sight Mastery and Rapid Fire Kills despit not maxing my reflex sights and using rapid fire AT ALL.
Thank you guys for reading this! Online multiplayer is such a flop. I really need help getting my classes back but there is no way to submit my issue to this stupid website. The support fails so badly. Please help me community!
