I bought CoD:WW today from Bestbuy. I live in Canada as well, if that matters.
Anyways I install the game (aka as putting the CD in the CD-ROM Drive), takes a good half an hour to install, then goes to the 'finalizing installation' bit, then I click Finish.
Then after I am finished or have clicked 'finish', the main menu thing pops up in a little non-fullscreen box, and I have the options for multiplayer, solo, uninstall, external, support...etc.
I click on either multiplayer, or solo and it starts to load, and then it just crashes. The entire client is exited.
Another thing is that there is no shortcut created on my desktop, so I have to go into program files to find the launcher.
I've installed and uninstalled three times, all with the same results & processes.
I have a m8120n from HP, with a 4830 gfx card. All my drivers are up to date as well.
Any more information I'll be glad to supply.
