My name is Thomas and me and two of my friends have recently been accused and banned for a short amount of time for modding. So please here me out as I explain myself about the unfortunate situation that has been put upon us. Yesterday we were playing Black ops on Xbox live in the game mode team tactical (which is an amazing game mode and others should be put in like it with small teams) and we left our old lobby for lagging as mine and my friends connections have not been good lately. We joined a lobby about to play domination on cracked and another player immediately told us that this was a lobby that everyone was getting to the fifteenth prestige. After the game though we all talked and thought he had meant like the domination lobbies in World at War were one team would capture a flag step aside and the other would step in and capture it, so on and so forth. I don't remember the exact conversation between me and the other player but it was an argument to say the least and it ended with me saying "well you play the game how you want to play it and i'll play it how i want to play it, happily" and then we went to the loading screen and began the game. I immediately ran up towards the middle flag intentionally trying to ruin there fun of cheating by killing them so they would just start killing us and we could play the game how it was supposed to be played. I found one, shot, and killed them and a challenge completed label popped up on my screen as well as +50000 exp. Assuming some challenge had been done I went on with the game still wondering about it a little bit. I killed another guy a couple seconds later and then we all kinda said what thats not right, and after some surprised talk about it we left the game no more then 30 or 40 seconds after we had started it and went on with our gaming that night. We all don't care about being reset and such (even though it's kind of annoying) but, no one wants to be labeled as modders for we play a fair and fun game and are not cheaters in any aspect. We understand the situation as it is very unlucky for us but, all in all we are fans of the game and we will continue playing black ops and most likely future call of duty games. I don't know if you can do anything for us but any help is appreciated in this misunderstanding.
