Clicking “Post reply” returns to Forums home! Dx

Today (12/4/2010; 11:32AM CST) seems to be more annoying and hectic than yesterday was.  Yesterday I could finally post replies in the forums by logging out, quitting out of IE, then coming back and then I could finally post replies and even create topics.  Now I’ve been having so much trouble trying to post in threads that I want to reply to.  I even tried using Firefox and it made no difference.  I’ve logged out, logged back in, and nothing changed.  Every time I tried to click “Post a reply” or “Reply with quote”, it takes me back to the Forums homepage.  Of course, you might be able to foresee this if you read on the bottom left of the window what either choice link will take you to; if it reads “http://www.callofduty.com/board/” then obviously clicking either link will take you to that page.  Another hint is if you enter a forum and you cannot find the “Post New Topic” button (I forget the exact name of it right now; sorry).

It seems as though CODHQ may have fixed the mysterious log-out occurrences that have been going on for a while, but now it has become difficult to post in the forums.

Is there a reason for any of this, by chance?  If there is, I suppose I cannot blame the admins at CODHQ, because people are posting an awful lot of topics regarding Black Ops, a lot of which are repeat threads and annoying rants, and of course petitions.
Yet it seems like there are many others on the Forums who are able to post, yet I can’t.  Why is that?

CODHQ, isn’t there anything I can do to help with the Forums here?
