Calling card for clans

Now have a level 6 clan on 360 but no calling card which was shown on the chart of unlocks to be available at level 5 .ive seen numerous other clans asking the same question where is the calling card? To get rid of any confusion have level 50 mw3 clan BO2 clan is level 6 would like a response here instead of searching too many formats to get an answer .
