Direct3DDevice9 error

Hello all!

1) When I am playing CoD WaW on old maps everything is ok, when game switch to the new maps my game gets this - Direct3DDevice9: Present Driver Failed: Driver internal error.

My screen gets black and this thing pops out.

I have this error from the time of 1.4 patch, before I didn't have any problems with the game. New map loads say 10% then black screen. Full crash and get the dreaded error message. Just crashes and shuts down CoD everytime one of the new maps load, but all the older original ones are fine to play on.

2) From time to time when I play sometimes game freezes and after like a minute black screen pops out, my monitor goes under the 'stand by' mode (it looks like this) and computer doesn't respond I need to restart it manually. Any ideas?

Graphic card: Radeon X1950 XTX

Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600

System: Windows XP SP3

DirectX: DirectX 9.0c 4.09.00.0904 / 4.09.0000.0904 (same thing).
