It is your job to fix my account. I got reset for no reason.

Trey Arc why was my account reset? I was level 38 and now my account got reset, I buy a $60 game to play for 20 hours of playing time and now I get reset and have to start all over again. Even in combat training I got reset to be honest my hole PSN for black ops got reset. This is just rediculous. I will be sure to never buy a call of duty product again with this kind of support.
