Patch Problem "Error Reading setup intialization"

I've got call of duty world at war installed and i've played it a lot, but not online. It runs completly fine no errors at all.
But i wanted to go online and needed to do the patches so...
I downloaded 1.5 and tried to install
it said i needed to install 1.4 first
i then remembered that this same thing happened to me on call of duty 4
So i new i had to download 1.1 first
I downloaded it. Its called 1.0.1017
I downloaded 1.2 Patch
I Downloaded 1.2-1.3
I Downloaded 1.2-1.4
And i've also previously downloaded 1.5
When i install any of them apart from 1.5 Patch is says error reading setup intialization file.
I'm on vista so i tried running it as Administrator. Same Error!?!
Please someone help me Out! I Really need help!
