I just reinstalled World at War and began the annoying process of installing all the patches. When I try to install the 1.2 patch, I get an error saying that I don't have enough free space. I'm assuming it means I don't have enough space to extract the files to a temporary space on my C: drive because I have 10+ GB free on the drive where the game is installed. When I click "ok" to make the error go away and try again, I get the "can't find valid installation" and when I check the install folder, the .exe files are gone and my only option is to reinstall. I can't free up any more space on my C: drive because I partitioned it to have just enough space for Windows plus 3 GB of free space. What the heck am I supposed to do and why does a failed patching ruin my game installation?
