CL_CGameNeedsServerCommand error

I get this after joining a online game. It shows me the screen with the picture of the map and then say setting up game... for the wole time. then this eror message appears: CL_CGameNeedsServerCommand: A reliable command was cycled out. THIS IS ON PS3!

Anyone know how to fix this problem?
