I bought call of duty, completed campaign, got to about level 22 or something like that then stopped playing for a while. Now when I come back to play, I always experience the server cannot be reached error while signed into LIVE.
I talked to Activision and they told me the account was banned, and I have no idea why. No-one else has access to my account, and I'm the only one who has been playing on it. I don't have anything modified, haven't been in any modified games or anything. I know a lot of people on this forum act innocent when they know quite well what they've done, but in my case, I am completely clueless as to why this has happened.
I'm not asking to be unbanned if it's fair and just, and if I've somehow broken the rules, fair enough. All I'm looking and hoping for is a response from someone who can tell my why I was banned.
