I would like to know why since the new update (that i thought were meant to improve the game) why i keep getting kicked from every single game i play in about 2 mins into the game with the message saying Error the call of duty: black ops server is not available at this time etc. So i visited the website to see what the status of the server is and apparently its a defcon 5 and is all up and working absolutly fine but for some reason i am getting kicked from games saying the server is down? It has happened to every game on the xbox i have been in tonight and everytime i check the server status and guess what its fine. This has only happened since the new update patch and i know it hasnt only happened to me. It has happened to all the people i play with to. this isnt the only issue that has been found with this new update. The majority of the servers are laggy and i have restarted my modem lots of times. Another thing that has happened quite a few times is that when i go on select a class in game i have no pictures of my choosen class only big kind of no entry signs where the pictures should be. I would have thought that with the release of MW3 soon that you would be trying your best to make this game as good as you can so you can keep the community on here, but it doesnt look like that with the recent update. I think you need to get your act together and fix the latest patch or you will be loosing a lot of players to MW3. Black ops is the best COD yet but i am getting very annoyed with what is happening. So i ask you to please fix what ever the issues are with the recent update not just for me but for the whole community that is getting thoroughly pissed off.
