my problem was when i would try to link it to youtube it wouldn't link and it would take me back to the black ops sign in page(while i am already signed) and after signing in it would show my account isn't linked and the same thing would happen when i tried again.
Solution: After you click on youtube allow access and it takes you to black ops website to sign in, refresh the page. that does the trick >:D and it recognizes that you account is now linked to youtube
