I recently bought CoD WaW through Steam and started to play it. Even before playing anything, i put everything that could be taken off, to the lowest as well as lowering all the settings to the lowest. However, whenever i play, i get this mouse lag, of a few milliseconds. It messes up my game due to me re-compensating a perfectly good mouse movement automatically.
I've heard CoD 5 is run on the same engine as CoD4, on which i achieve between 90 and 125 FPS constant, on CoD5, I'm around 60-80 if I'm lucky.
All my drivers are updated, and so is directx. I don't run any background programs except xfire, steam and teamspeak while playing (apart from my anti-virus - AVG).
My specs are as follows:

Dell Dimension DXP051
Intel(R)
Pentium(R) D CPU 3.40 GHz
2.00 GBs RAM
