Accounts with the "Verification Required" issue. *UPDATED*

Verification Required?

Recently I have received a good amount of personal messages, tweets and e-mails all stating that users are experiencing some form of issue where verification is required again but the means to do so are not received. As such I have created this thread. Yes, you'll need to sign up for a second account to use this thread. Please read and understand the following statements.

What this thread is:A place for you to identify that your account is awaiting an email that has yet to arrive, thus prohibiting you to access your account/the forums. Discussion of this issue and your account of what happened. A record meant to be of use to any site administrators/web team.

What this thread is not:A place to flame, rant or rave at me or anyone else. A guarantee that your account will be fixed today, tomorrow or the day after.
