Can't log into call of duty elite..

I have been using COD Elite for tthe last week, taking part in contests etc.. but now when I go to the page I usually log in to the 'register/login' button has just disappeared and when I go to the main Cod elite page as if you were entering the beta registration/application sceen, the 'register/login' button is there but doesn't work!!

I'm really confused as i think I'm the only person getting this problem
