I bought Black Ops a couple months back but ever since I had it downloaded via CD, the game would be extremely laggy. I'm currently using a Lenovo Windows 7 laptop and it runs fine with most other programs. I don't know why but Black Ops seems like a real problem since I bought it for a relatively high price and it doesn't even work well.
Every single part of the game lags: the main menu, gameplay, cutscenes, etc. The only time it doesn't lag is when I look down (there are less graphics on the floor therefore less objects to process). When I look up from the ground, it'll start to lag depending on how many bombs or particles are shown.
I've already tried to redownload the whole game through Steam and disk. I've already lowered EVERY SINGLE GRAPHIC OPTION POSSIBLE. It's so ridiculous. I looked on YouTube to see if there's any worse gameplay than mines, but there are none. I can't even get past the campaign on RECRUIT because the game was having so many problems.
