CL_CGameNeedsServerCommand:A reliable command was cycled out

Please can anyone help and tell me why i am getting this error message when tryng to get into a game. It is driving me crazy.

Any help would be much appreciated. Sorry if this has been posted before but I did trail through loads of pages but couldn't find anything.

I'm on PS3 btw.
